We ship to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany and Luxembourg.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Free shipping for all orders over 100 EUR only for shippings in Belgium.

​

Orders under 100 EUR :

​

• Belgium : 5,5 EUR

​

Orders to The Netherlands, France, Germany & Luxemburg :

​

• The Netherlands : 7,5 EUR

• France, Germany & Luxemburg : 10 EUR

WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER SHIP?

​

We usually ship orders in stock within 2 - 4 business days. There will be no shippings or deliveries on weekends or holidays. 

​

All items are handmade & unique. If there is a product out of stock or you have an order on request, we need 4 - 8 weeks to get your item(s) ready.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

​

We accept returns within 14 calendar days of the receiving date. Request your return by sending an e-mail to info@lauraleynen.be

 

Please make sure that the items still have all original tags attached, that they are unused, undamaged and that all the protective materials are wrapped around the items as you received it.

​

Please note that we do not accept returns of personalized items, custom made items and gift cards.

​

We will check your return as soon as we receive it. If we approved your return, we will refund the amount of the returned items to your credit card or other method of payment. Please allow a couple of days for your bank account to update.

​

Shipping costs of returns will be at your own expense.

 

Please note that returns are out of our control until they’ve arrived at us. (you can insuring your return package or obtaining a tracking number of some sort). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
